Here’s a very useful tip to enjoy the Summer completely and stay happy and healthy:


The Sun has a lots of benefits for the body but only if you expose your body on the sun correctly. Otherwise it could cause skin ageing and even cancer. Here I will show you exactly what to do not only to avoid these diseases but to take the maximum health benefits from the Sun as it should be.


In Chapter 4 of “Bhagavad Gita As It Is” Srila Brabhupada wrote:


"Let me worship," Lord Brahma said, "the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Govinda [Krsna], who is the original person and under whose order the sun, which is the king of all planets, is assuming immense power and heat. The sun represents the eye of the Lord and traverses its orbit in obedience to His order."


The sun is the king of the planets, and the sun-god (at present of the name Vivasvan) rules the sun planet, which is controlling all other planets by supplying heat and light. He is rotating under the order of Krsna, and Lord Krsna

originally made Vivasvan His first disciple to understand the science of Bhagavad-gita. The Gita is not, therefore, a speculative treatise for the insignificant mundane scholar but is a standard book of knowledge coming down from time immemorial.”

This disease affects the brain and muscle control. It messes with nerve cells that produce dopamine.


Dopamine is like a messenger that runs to different parts of your body to tell it how and when to move. When your body doesn’t produce enough “messengers,” parts of your body won’t know what to do. This causes the tremors and spasms associated with Parkinson’s.


But, there’s something you can do right now to not only lower your risk of getting Parkinson’s disease, but to be more healthy, have more energy, radiant, have healthy skin and much more… It’s right outside your door. This non-drug has no side effects. And you can get all you want for free.


I’m talking about vitamin D.


Vitamin D is the only vitamin you get from sunshine. This vitamin is well-known to dramatically reduce risks of cancer and heart disease. And a study I recently read suggests that it can also reduce the chances of Parkinson’s disease by up to 65%.

But have a HUGE CAVEAT here! Do NOT, I repeat Do NOT expose yourself directly on Sun from 10.30 AM to 5.30 PM. If you think its too much try to avoid it at least from 10.30 AM to 15.30 PM. Do that and you will get the all the benefits from the Sun, and it will helps you stay healthy and happy for the rest of your life. Break this rule at your own risk.
